The inside of this album cover contains lyrics, and numerous photo's, so this page will be pretty graphically intense. Although not as bad as THEN: The Earlier Years, they definetly came into some money for this album. Flood was pretty popular so the Giants finally had some flow to get some pictures into their albums. Good for us, bad for bandwidth. To the right is the Apollo 18 CD. Still pretty simple, but it fit the need.
To the left is one of the numerous photo's inside of Apollo 18's Sleeve. This is one of those CD booklets that folds out and has about 6 different panels, with lots of room for lyrics, thanks, and photo's. Below is the largest collage of photo's. It has that spacy kinda feel, cause its Apollo 18.
To the left is the last color photo inside of the Apollo 18 sleeve. The rest are covered in lyrics or just plain ole black and white. Don't worry, I'll show em. These thanks are pretty surprising. They thanked alot of people, but mostly for the Fingertips section of the album.
Below are the two black and white photo's on the reverse side of the sleeve, where the lyrics are found. There are actually three photo's, but one of them is underneath some lyrics, so I'm not gonna post it. These are both rather odd photo's, if you were to ask me. One is apparently a microphone ( duh ), and one is entitled "Respirator with Aspirin." So apparently the big one is a respirator with aspirin. Thanks to Mr. Me for the official word on the respirator.
And Finally, the back cover of Apollo 18. First photo at the top is obviously the cover, and this is what you'd see if you flipped it over in the record store. This is actually a black and white photo, except for the little red 'e' in the lower left. I'm pretty sure if you look close enough, the astronaut with the phone is the big head that TMBG has used on their T-Shirts and in the Don't Lets Start video. Thats right, its William Allan White. |
